Literary Legacy: Decedents Propagate SA’s Renown

Sholom Aleichem’s will is considered one of the Great Ethical Wills, and was reprinted in the New York Times.   He asked to be remembered with laughter and since his death in 1916 his family and friends have gathered for his yortzeit according to his wishes to read a merry story and remember him with laughter than not at all.
